The plans below are a selection of those commissioned and submitted to the Knysna Municipality in 2014.
All structures on the property are fully approved by the relevant statutory authorities.
The property also has a cottage as part of the garage/storage building, a worker’s cottage on the other side of the N2, and an outside bed-sitting room (or spacious office) with en-suite bathroom.
A full engineer’s survey on the buildings was undertaken in August 2015, and several repairs and improvements were made. The survey and a report on the repairs are available on request to bona fide enquirers.
